SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
REGULÆ GENERALES — June, 1872. — By
virtue of the powers vested in us by law, it is
ordered by us, the Judges of the said Court, that the
following Rules shall come into and be in force on
and after the first day of August, A.D. 1872:—
I.—" TIME FOR MOVING TO MAKE RULE Nisi
ABSOLUTE.
Rule 496 of "The General Rules of Procedure,
1856," is hereby abolished, and the following Rule is
hereby substituted :—
"Where a Rule Nisi has been granted and duly
served, if cause be not shown on the day ap-
pointed, the party who obtained the rule may,
immediately before the rising of the Court for
the day, move, upon an affidavit of the service of
the Rule Nisi, to make the rule absolute; and if
no one then appear to show cause, the rule shall
be made absolute."
II.—TIME FOR MOVING TO SET ASIDE AWARD.
Rule 3 of "The General Rules of November,
1867," is hereby abolished, and the following is
hereby substituted in its stead :—
"Motions to set aside awards of Arbitrators or
Umpires must be made at the first practicable
sitting in Banco held at the place of publication,
or at the place of residence of the Judge of the
Judicial District within which such place is
situated, whichever may happen first, not being
less than six days from the publication thereof."

Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following names of Officiating Ministers,
within the meaning of the said Act, are published for
general information :—

Presbyterian Church of Otago and Southland.
The Reverend JAMES HAINES CAMERON.
I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Names of Officiating
Ministers, within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," have been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 6, of the 31st of January; No. 9, of the
19th of February; No. 13, of the 14th of March;
No. 14, of the 23rd of March; No. 16, of the 4th of
April; No. 19, of the 24th of April; No. 24, of
the 17th of May; and No. 31, of the 22nd of June,
in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-two.

I, JOHN MUIR WAYLAND, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Provinces of Auckland
and Hawke's Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I have registered a Memorandum
of Association, with Articles of Association, estab-
lishing a Company with limited liability of the
shareholders therein, entitled
"The Pride of the Tiki Gold Mining Company,
Limited."
The objects for which the Company is established
are those of searching for, working, mining, and
getting all such auriferous or other quartz, ores, or
minerals whatsoever, as may be found under any
lands now or hereafter to be in the occupation of the
Company; and crushing, cleansing, smelting, refin-
ing, and otherwise dealing with such auriferous or
other quartz or ores, for the purpose of extracting or
obtaining any metals or minerals whatsoever there-
from. The ground now in the occupation of
the Company is on the Coromandel Gold Fields.
And that, in pursuance of the provisions of "The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a
Certificate of Incorporation of the said Company,
bearing date this eighteenth day of June, 1872.

perches. Bounded—North-east 35 feet by 66,
South-east 165 feet by 60, South-west 35 feet,

perches. Bounded—North-east, 47 links, by Victoria
