NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 6th day of July next.

rood 16 perches. Bounded-North by Vivian Street;
South by Section 231; East and West by other parts
of 232. Measuring North and South 175 links
respectively; East and West 200 links respectively.

To the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages
for the District of Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, New Zealand.
I, JOHN DICK, Doctor in Medicine, Queen's Uni-
versity, Ireland, and Licentiate in Surgery and
Midwifery of the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland,
residing at Naseby, in the said Province, do hereby
give notice, that I intend to apply to the Registrar
for the District of Dunedin, on the thirtieth day of
June, 1872, to have my name placed on the Register
of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New
Zealand; and I have deposited my diplomas, along
with this, in the office of the said Registrar in
Dunedin, for public inspection, in terms of "The
Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869."
