NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
Sections eleven (11) and fourteen (14), Block Five
(V.), Campbelltown Hundred. - Applicant, JAMES

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned as
Storekeepers, at the Mataura Bridge, under the style
of "Pollock and Maben," was dissolved by mutual
consent on the 1st day of April, 1872. All accounts
due to and by the late firm will be received and paid
by James Pollock, who will carry on the business
alone.
