east again by other part of the said Town Belt, seven
hundred and nineteen (719) links; on the East-south-
east again by section numbered fifty-one, Block Nine,
North Harbour, and Blueskin District, three hundred
and twenty-one (321) links; on the South-east by
Pelichet Bay, eight hundred (800) links; on the
South-south-west by other parts of the said Town
Belt, twelve hundred and forty (1240) links, the said
South-south-west boundary being five hundred and
fifty (550) links distant from the boundary line of
Block Thirty-seven, Town of Dunedin; and on the
West-north-west by other part of the said Town Belt,
one thousand five hundred and fifty (1550) links.
2. To invest the Council of the City of Dunedin
with the entire management, control, and regulation
in all things of the said Cemetery.
3. To empower the said Council to charge, recover,
and receive such fees for or in respect of all graves,
vaults, monuments, and tombstones, to be dug, made,
or erected in the said Cemetery, and for or in respect
of the interment of the dead in the said Cemetery,
and for or in respect of any entries in registers of
burials to be kept by the said Council, and for the
search or inspection thereof, and for copies of or ex-
tracts therefrom; and generally all such fees and
charges as the said Council, with the approval of the
Superintendent of the Province of Otago, and his
Executive Council, shall impose or prescribe in rela-
tion to the said Cemetery. And also to empower the
said Council to apply all such fees as aforesaid in or
towards managing, maintaining, improving, and orna-
menting the said Cemetery.
And notice is hereby also given, that copies of the
said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Exa-
miner of Standing Orders, at Wellington, within
fourteen days after the commencement of the next
Session of the General Assembly, and that a plan of
the said land will be deposited in the office of the
Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of
Otago, at Dunedin, aforesaid, not less than thirty
days before the commencement of the said Session.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of "The
Charles Jackson Reef Gold Mining Company,
Limited," held at the Company's office in Gloucester
Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 4th day of
April, 1872, it was unanimously resolved-
"That the affairs of the Company be wound up
voluntarily; and that Henry Kerrick James,
Esq., of Christchurch, be appointed Liquidator
for the purpose."

To the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages
for the District of Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, New Zealand.
JOHN DICK, Doctor in Medicine, Queen's Uni-
versity, Ireland, and Licentiate in Surgery and
Midwifery of the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland,
residing at Naseby, in the said Province, do hereby
give notice, that I intend to apply to the Registrar
for the District of Dunedin, on the twenty-third day
of May, 1872, to have my name placed on the
Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of
New Zealand; and I have deposited my diplomas,
along with this, in the office of the said Registrar in
Dunedin, for public inspection, in terms of "The
Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869."
