Bounded as follows:—Commencing at a point 426 links from the junction of a road from Wellington, which passes through along Section "17," and a road to Wanganui, running along the southern boundary of said Section 17; thence at a right angle to the road from Wellington, 200 links westerly; thence at a right angle 100 links northerly; thence at a right angle 200 links easterly; and thence at a right angle 100 links southerly, along the said road to the point of commencement.—In occupation of ROBERT LYNCH COTTON BIRCH, of Rangitikei, Carpenter, the Applicant.
