visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865," and Amendments thereof; and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,

1. The name and style of the Company is, "The
   Nokomai Flat Gold Mining Company, Limited."
2. The place of operations is at Nokomai.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is £1,000,
