Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Name of an Officiating
Minister, within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 6, of the 31st of January; No. 9, of
the 19th of February; No. 13, of the 14th of March;
No. 14, of the 23rd of March; and No. 16, of the 4th
of April, in the present year.

WE, the undersigned Shareholders in the Auckland
and Thames Steam Packet Company (Limited),
do hereby convene an Extraordinary General Meeting
of the said Company at the registered office of the said
Company, on Wednesday, the first day of May next,
at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of
confirming the Resolution passed at the Extraordi-
nary General Meeting of the said Company held at
the said office on the thirtieth day of March last,
whereby it was resolved:—
"That the Auckland and Thames Steam Packet
Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily."

Street, on Wednesday, the first day of May next,

the said registered office on Saturday, the thirtieth
