THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
G. F. BOWEN, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Sir
George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that
sittings of the District Court of the Otago Gold
Fields, during the months of May and June next,
shall be held as follows:-
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Naseby
on the second Wednesday in May next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Clyde on
the Monday next after the second Wednesday
in May next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Queens-
town on the Monday second after the second
Wednesday in May next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Lawrence
on the second Tuesday in June next.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the
Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the
first day thereafter, not being a holiday.
Issued this nineteenth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose
vested by "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858,"
I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of New
Zealand, do hereby declare and appoint that, on and
from the day of the date hereof, the Wharf at foot of
Grey Street, in the City of Wellington, known as
"The Queen's Wharf," shall be deemed and taken to
be the Legal Quay or Landing Place at the Port of
Wellington for the lading and unlading of Goods
under "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858."

of Saint Michael and Saint George,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
