MONEY ORDER OFFICES.
N OTICE is hereby given, that information has
been received to the effect that the Post
Office at
MOUNT PERRY,
in the Colony of Queensland, has been constituted a
Money Order Office.

Land Court Office, deceased.
Under the provisions of "The Public Payments
without Probate Act, 1869," and the Regulations
made thereunder, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 1870, page 212, the Colonial Treasurer
intends to make a payment of money due to the
above-named deceased to a person not being his
legal representative. All persons objecting to such
payment being made must give notice to the
Colonial Treasurer, at Wellington, within one
calendar month from the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice, when their objections will be
considered.

C USTOMS.-In exercise of the powers in me for
this purpose vested by "The Customs Regula-
tion Act Amendment Act, 1868," I, the Minister for
the time being acting for the Commissioner of Cus-
toms, do hereby approve and appoint the under-
mentioned Warehouse, viz.:-
Port of Wellington.
A wooden building situate on the middle T, on the
north side of the Queen's Wharf, and
MARKED A,
to be a Warehouse where Goods may be Deposited for
Examination on the landing thereof.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
fourth day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-two.

C USTOMS.-Whereas certain buildings were some
time since appointed as Warehouses for the
reception and security of goods entered to be ware-
housed without payment of duty upon the first entry
thereof: Now, in exercise of the authority in me for
this purpose vested, I, William Gisborne, the Minister
for the time being acting for the Commissioner of
Customs, do by this order under my hand revoke and
annul the appointment of such buildings as such
Warehouses as aforesaid, viz :-
Port of Auckland.
HOBSON'S BOND.
Port of Thames.
ONYON'S BOND.
Port of Napier.
STUART AND Co.'S BRICK BOND.
Port of Westport.
SPENCE'S BOND.
Port of New Plymouth.
GLEDHILL'S BOND.

CUSTOMS.-In exercise of the powers in me or
this purpose vested by "The Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, the Minister for the time being
acting for the Commissioner of Customs, do hereby
approve and appoint the undermentioned Warehouses,
viz.:-
Port of Auckland.
A stone cellar situate in Shortland Street, under-
neath premises at present occupied by McArthur,
Shera, and Co., heretofore known as Hobson's Bond,
and now known as
DARGAVILLE'S BOND;
Port of Wanganui.
A corrugated galvanized iron building situate in
Ridgway Street, and known as
REID'S BOND;
Port of Wairau.
A building situate on Section No. 47, Leeds Quay,
Blenheim, and known as
DODSON AND FELL'S BOND;
Port of Nelson.
The upper part of the Provincial Government Store,
constructed of iron, situate on the north side of the
Haven Road, and known as
THE PORT BOND,
to be Warehouses for the reception of Goods under
Bond.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
fourth day of March, one thousand eight

P URSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister,
within the meaning of the said Act, is published for
general information:-

The Reverend EDMUND BERREY NEVILL.
I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births
Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Name of an Officiating
Minister, within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 6, of the 31st of January, and No. 9, of
the 19th of February, in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
eighth day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-two.

PROCLAMATION.
W HEREAS by "The Canterbury Rivers Act,
1870," it is enacted that the Provincial
Council may by Resolution from time to time decide
that any part or parts of the Province shall be con-
stituted a District for the purposes of the said Act;
and that such Resolution shall describe the limits of
such district, and designate the name by which such
district shall be known, and mention the number of
Conservators, being not less than three nor more
