AT a General Meeting of Shareholders in this
Company, held at the Company's Office, Grey
Street, on Thursday, the 5th of October, 1871, the
following Resolution was proposed by Mr. C. J.
Harrison, and seconded by Mr. D. Anderson, and
carried unanimously :-
"That in consideration of the accounts now pre-
sented by the Liquidators, it is the opinion of this
Meeting that the affairs of the Wreck Recovery
Company (Limited) have been fairly wound up."
