LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the
provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless
caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding the same.
TOWN OF WELLINGTON.
Part of Section No. 489, 15 perches. Bounded-
North and South by other parts of same section, 203
links and 178 links respectively; East by Lambton
Quay, 44 links; and West by Wellington Terrace,
65 links.
SAMUEL WILLIAM MAXTON, of Kaikoura,
Storekeeper, applicant.
Caveat may be lodged on or before the 9th
day of September next.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

WHEREAS the persons named at foot hereof
have each respectively for himself made appli-
cation to have the land set forth and described after
his name brought under the operation of "The Land
Transfer Act, 1870:" Notice is hereby given, that
unless caveat be lodged with the District Land
Registrar of the District of Nelson, by some person
having estate or interest in the said lands, on or
before the date herein below for each case specified,
the said pieces of land will be brought under the
operation of the said Act as by law directed.
Diagrams delineating these parcels of land may be
inspected at the Lands Registry Office, Nelson.
CHARLES KNAPP, of Waimea South, Nelson
District, Constable.-8 acres 1 rood 14 perches, being
part of Section 26, Waimea South. Bounded-North
by other part of said section, 1150 links; East by
other part of same section, 750 links; South and
West by public roads, 1150 links and 750 links
respectively.
THOMAS MARSDEN, of Suburban South, Nel-
son, Gentleman.-20 acres 2 roods 16 perches, part of
Section 29 on Plan of District of Suburban South.
Bounded-North-east by other part of Section 29;
North-west by Section 31, 2043 links; South-east by
Section XVII., 1145 links; and South-west by
Sections VIII. and 69 on said plan.
JOHN PERCY, of the City of Nelson, Gentle-
man.-1 rood, more or less, part of Section 1047
on Plan of City of Nelson. Bounded-North by
Van Diemen's Street, 48 feet 9 inches; East, by

Caveat to be lodged before the day of September,
