NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
lately subsisting between the undersigned as
Sheep Farmers and Graziers at Mangateretere West,
in the Province of Hawke's Bay, under the style or
firm of "Williams and McLean," was dissolved on
the first June last, by mutual consent.

All persons having claims against the late Partner-
ship will be good enough to render accounts of the
same to Mr. Rees Powell Williams, who will satisfy
and discharge all debts owing by the late Partnership.
And all persons indebted to the late Firm will please
pay the amount of their respective debts to Mr. Rees
Powell Williams, who is authorized to receive the
same, and to give sufficient discharge therefor.

and Joseph O'Meagher, carrying on business at
