LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
Lands Registry Office, Auckland.

WHEREAS the persons named at foot hereof
have each respectively for himself made appli-
cation to have the land set forth and described after
his name brought under the operation of "The Land
Transfer Act, 1870:" Notice is hereby given, that
unless caveat be lodged with the District Land Regis-
trar of the District of Auckland, by some person
having estate or interest in the said lands, on or
before the date herein below for each case specified,
the said pieces of land will be brought under the
operation of the said Act as by law directed.
Diagrams delineating these parcels of land may be
inspected at the Lands Registry Office, Supreme
Court House, Auckland.

SUBURBS OF AUCKLAND.

SARAH MAUDE, of Auckland, Widow.-Lot
62 of Subdivision of Suburban Allotments 31 and
42, Section 8. Fronting on Norfolk Street 66 feet,
with a depth of 100 feet. In occupation of Henry
William Jenkins.-Time for caveat, 21st August,
1871.

TOWN OF OPOTIKI.

WILLIAM KELLY, of Opotiki, Storekeeper.-
Allotment 1 of Section 1 of said Town. Originally
granted to Thomas Black. Now occupied by Robert
King.-Time for caveat, 21st August, 1871.

TOWN OF TAURANGA.

JOSEPH AYTON, of Shortland, Miner.-Allot-
ments 224 and 225 of Section 2 of said Town. In
occupation of ---- Lemon.

21650 links; on South-west by other part thereof,
9780 links; and on North-west by Mangahopae
River.

Also, 1000 acres, part of said "Te Pae o Tarawaru,
No. 2." Bounded on North-east by other part
thereof, 9780 links; on South-east by other part
thereof, 1000 links and 4300 links; on South-west
by Piako-iti River; and on North-west by lines, 6000
links, 1870 links, 720 links, and 3395 links, and by
Mangahopae River.

Also, 760 acres, part of said "Te Pae o Tarawaru,
No. 2." Bounded on North-east by Waitoa River;
on South-east by other part of said block, 25975
links; and on North-west by other part thereof,
3500 links and 22650 links.
The original Grantees of said block are Paratene
Te Kaharunga and others.
