NOTICE TO MARINERS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Moorings have been
removed from Ports Yankalilla and Second Valley,
in St. Vincent's Gulf.

REPUBLISHED in pursuance of the Diseased
Cattle Acts.

PROCLAMATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire, Superin-
tendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me
by a Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, bearing date the twenty-first day of
February, 1870, and the delegation held by me under
"The Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," and "The Diseased
Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1865," I do hereby
revoke the Proclamation issued by Daniel Pollen,
Esquire, Deputy Superintendent, upon the 24th day
of August, 1866, whereby that part of the Province
of Auckland lying South of the Northern boundary
of the County of Marsden was declared to be an
infected district within the meaning of "The Diseased
Cattle Act, 1861." And I do further revoke the
Regulation made and published in such Proclamation.

Given at Auckland, under my hand and the
Public Seal of the Province, this twenty-
(L.S.) fourth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-one.
