TENDERS are invited for the Erection of Fencing,
Laying down Drains, &c., in the Government
House Domain, at Wellington.
General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings
may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington.
Tenders will be received by the undersigned up to
noon on Wednesday, the 12th of April next.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

Lands Registry Office, Nelson.

WHEREAS the persons named at foot hereof
have each respectively for himself made application to have the land set forth and described
after his name brought under the operation of “The
Land Transfer Act, 1870,” notice is hereby given,
that unless caveat be lodged with the District Land
Registrar of the District of Nelson, by some
person having estate or interest in the said lands, on
or before the date herein below for each case specified,
the said pieces of land will be brought under the
operation of the said Act as by law directed.
Diagrams delineating these parcels of land may be
inspected at the Lands Registry Office, Supreme
Court Buildings, Auckland.

DISTRICT OF SUBURBAN NORTH OR WAKAPUAKA

ALEXANDER McINTOSH.—Suburban Section
19, and part of Rural Section VII., 93 acres, granted
to Joseph Foord Wilson. Bounded—North, partly by
section 20, and partly by other part of VII., occupied
by George Henry Manssen, Henry Martin, Daniel
Slater, Denis Frost, and William Small; East,
partly by section 21A, partly by other part of VII.,
occupied by William Gill; South, partly by section
17, and partly by other part of VII., occupied by
Honorable Erskine Thomas Erskine; West, by Mud
Flats.

Also, other part of VII., 48 acres or thereabouts,
bounded—North and South by other parts of VII.,
occupied by William Gill; East, partly by section 76,

bounded—North, 100 feet, by other part of same
section, occupied by William Dedman; South, by other
part of same section 100 feet, occupied by James Fogg
Leech; East, 14 feet, by Collingwood Street; West,
16 feet, by other part of same section, occupied by
Charles Harley, to whom said section was granted.

Caveat in each case must be lodged within one
calendar month after the date of publication of this
notice.

CITY OF AUCKLAND.

JOHN BENJAMIN RUSSELL, of Auckland,
Solicitor.—Lots 2 and 3 of original Allotment 13 of
Section 16, 9 4/10 perches; bounded by other portion of
said allotment 13, and by allotment 14 of said section;
and fronting upon a lane 40 feet, with a depth of 65
feet 9 inches. Originally granted to Captain James
Stone.—Time for caveat, 20th June, 1871.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION ACT, 1869.

HEREBY give notice of my intention of applying
to be registered under the above Act, on the 13th
August, 1871, in accordance with section 14 of the
same Act, for which purpose I have deposited in the
office of the Registrar my diplomas for public inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
William Adams, Samuel Kingdon, and William
Acton Blakeway Adams, as Solicitors and Conveyancers
in the City of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand,
under the style or firm of “Adams and Kingdon,” was,
on the fourteenth day of February last, dissolved by
mutual consent; and in future the business will be
carried on by the said William Adams and William
Acton Blakeway Adams only, under the same style or
firm as hitherto, and they will pay and receive all debts
due by and owing to the late Partnership.

Witness our hands, this twenty-fifth day of
February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
