revoke the appointment held by Henry Living-
ston, Esq., as Receiver of Land Revenue for the
Province of Otago exclusive of the District of South-
land, and in lieu thereof to appoint the said

HENRY LIVINGSTON, Esq.,

to be Receiver of Land Revenue for all that part
of the Province of Otago which is not included in
the District of Southland and the Land District of
Invercargill.

Memorandum of Association, accompanied by Articles
of Association, establishing a Company, with limited
liability of the shareholders therein, entitled

"The Wellington Patent Slip Company, Limited,"

The objects for which the said Company is estab-
lished are expressed to be-

"The purchase, by means of subscribed capital, of
the materials for a Patent Slip, now laying in Evans'
Bay, in the Harbour of Port Nicholson, belonging to
the Messrs. Kennard, and the erection and working
of the same, and the doing of all other things
incidental thereto."

And I further notify, that, in pursuance of the
provisions of "The Joint Stock Companies Act,
1860," a Certificate of Incorporation of the said
Company has been duly issued by me, bearing even
date herewith.
