Wharepoha-Omahu Block No. 2, containing 50 Acres.

BOUNDARIES.
Bounded towards the North-east and South by the
Wharepoha-Omahu Block, 2,450 links and 2,044
links respectively; and towards the West by the
Wharepoha-Omahu Block No. 3, 2,450 links.

Wharepoha-Omahu Block No. 3, containing about
20 Acres.

BOUNDARIES.
Bounded towards the North by the Katinga Stream;
towards the East by the Wharepoha-Omahu Block
No. 2, 2,450 links, and by a line 150 links; towards
the South by the Aongoringori Stream; and towards
the West by the Waihou River.

TENDERS are invited for the Erection of a Post
Office and Telegraph Station at Cromwell, in
the Province of Otago.

General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings
may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington; at the Telegraph Office, Dunedin; and
the Post Office, Cromwell.

Tenders will be received by the undersigned up to
Noon on Monday, the first day of February
next.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

Gold Mining Company, Registered," for the half-
year ended 17th December, 1870, in accordance with
section 13 of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
bility Act Amendment Act, 1869."

Name of Company: "Golden Calf Gold Mining Company,
Registered."

When formed, and date of registration: 3rd September, 1869;
3rd February, 1870.

Where business is conducted and name of Legal Manager:
Grahamstown Stock Exchange, Owen Street Grahamstown.
Nominal Capital: £18,000.

Amount of paid-up scrip given to shareholders: £17,481 6s.
Number of shares in which capital is divided: 3,600.
Number of shares taken: 3,600.
Amount of calls made: £720.

Total amount of subscribed capital paid up: £518 14s. £180
preliminary capital was subscribed and spent on the ground
in addition to above.

Whether in operation or not: No. Works stopped temporarily
in consequence of being drowned out with water, and pending
terms with "Just in Time," for use of their machinery and for
