LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
Lands Registry Office, Auckland.
WHEREAS the persons named at foot hereof
have each respectively for himself made ap-
plication to have the land set forth and described
after his name brought under the operation of
"The Land Transfer Act, 1870," notice is hereby
given, that unless caveat be lodged with the District
Land Registrar of the District of Auckland, by
some person having estate or interest in the said
lands, on or before the date herein below for each
case specified, the said pieces of land will be brought
under the operation of the said Act as by law
directed. Diagrams delineating these parcels of
land may be inspected at the Lands Registry Office,
Supreme Court House, Auckland.
TOWN OF TAURANGA.
RICHARD JOHN GILL.--Allotment 112, Sec-
tion 1, 15 perches; bounded by Allotments 106, 111,
and 113 respectively owned or occupied by J. L.
Faulkner and B. T. Dudley. Originally granted to
J. L. Faulkner.-20th April, 1871.
TOWN OF ONEHUNGA.
BENJAMIN TONKS. - Allotment 19, Section
35, 1 rood; bounded by Allotments 18, 20, 27, 596
and 28 respectively owned or occupied by John
Rout and John Williamson. Originally granted to

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned, as
Coach Proprietors, has been this day dissolved by
mutual consent. All debts due and owing between
Wanganui and Wellington will be paid by Mr.
Andrew Young; and all debts due and owing between
Wanganui and New Plymouth will be paid by Mr.
W. H. Shepherd. As witness the hands of the said
parties.
