NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. John Black
being about to visit England, has this day
assigned and made over the Goodwill of the Business
of a Draper, lately carried on by him in Trafalgar
Street, Nelson, together with all the Stock-in-Trade
and Furniture thereto belonging, and all Debts due
to him in respect of such Business, to his Father,
Mr. James Palmer Black, by whom alone the
Business will in future be conducted, under the
style of J. P. Black, and to whom all Debts due to
the late firm of J. P. Black and Son must be paid,
and who will satisfy all just Debts, Claims, and
Demands against the late firm of J. P. Black and
Son.
