the same, must first compare the Order with the
Advice, to satisfy himself that they are consistent
one with the other; then request the Payee to sign
his name in full on the place assigned for it, when,
if satisfied that the applicant is the rightful claimant,
he may pay the amount. The number, as given in
the body of the Order and Advice, must then be
repeated in the place provided for it at the right-
hand upper corner; the Order date-stamped and
entered in the Journal of Issues, &c., in the usual
manner.

ACCOUNTS.

Issues and payments of Telegraph Money Orders
must be classed by themselves on the Monthly State-
ments and Accounts Current rendered to the Con-
troller's Office.

MISCELLANEOUS.

In all other respects, Telegraph Money Orders are
subject to the existing Money Order Regulations.
