I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The Hidden
Treasure Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

1. The name and style of the Company is "The
   Hidden Treasure Gold Mining Company, Regis-
   tered."
2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi, at the
   Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in
   the Colony of New Zealand.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is five
   thousand five hundred pounds, in five thousand five
   hundred shares, of one pound each.
4. The amount already paid up is four thousand
   one hundred and twenty-five pounds.
5. The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
   Massey.
6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
   Graham's Town.
7. The names and several residences of the share-

   Hawke's Bay Gold Prospecting and Mining Com-
   pany, Registered."

2. The place of operations is at the Kaimanawa
   Ranges, in the Province of Wellington, in the Colony
   of New Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is five
   thousand pounds, in one thousand shares of five
   pounds each.

4. The amount already paid up is eight hundred
   and two pounds.

5. The name of the manager is Henry Stokes
   Tiffen.
