I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY, hereby make application to register "The Royal Exchange Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:--
- The name and style of the Company is "The Royal Exchange Gold Mining Company, Registered."
- The place of operations is at the Karaka, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the Company is nine thousand pounds, in three thousand shares of three pounds each.
- The amount already paid up is seven thousand five hundred and fifty pounds.
- The name of the manager is Nathaniel William Massey.
- The office of the Company is in Brown Street, Graham's Town.
