THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New
Zealand, intituled "The Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide claims for Crown Grants
of Lands for which the Original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed, report that the claims of the
under-mentioned persons having been referred to me by command of the Governor, I do hereby decide that
the Claimants are entitled to Crown Grants of the Land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

Series Land Order Special," No. 74, issued by the New
Zealand Company to Captain Saint George Lowther, on
the 13th October, 1840. The selection being 255, in the
Township of Wanganui, and Rural Section 138, Left Bank
Wanganui River. |
| William Fitzherbert | Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Sections 394 and 395,
selected in the City of Wellington, in right of the New
Zealand Company's Preliminary Land Orders 975 and
976. |

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance, No. 15, Session XI.,
of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by
persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims
of the under-mentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide
that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in
the annexed Schedule.
