the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely :-

  1. That the name and style of the Company is
    "The Young American Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. That the place of operations is at the Moana-
    taiari Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Pro-
    vince of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is
    nine thousand pounds, in four thousand five hundred
    shares of two pounds each.
  4. That the amount already paid up is seven thou-
    sand three hundred and twelve pounds ten shillings.
  5. That the name of the manager is Oliver
    M. Creagh.
  6. That the office of the Company is at Owen
    Street, Graham's Town.
  7. That the names and several residences of the
    shareholders, and the number of shares held by each

    Scotchman's Gold Mining Company, Registered."

    pound each.
