purposes of the said Act, as therein mentioned: And
whereas it is expedient that notice should be given,
in accordance with the fourteenth section of the said
Act, that the Debentures for the said Loan of
Β£16,000 should be paid off:

Now therefore I, Julius Vogel, Colonial Treasurer
of New Zealand, do hereby, on behalf of the Govern-
ment of New Zealand, and I, Isaac Earl Featherston,
Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby, on
behalf of the Government of the said Province, give
notice that all Debentures issued under the said Act
shall become payable at the Colonial Treasury,
Wellington, New Zealand, on the first day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

    Bank Offices will be opened in London and the

  1. The Offices at Bell Green, S.E.; Falcon Road,
    Battersea, S.W.; and Thorne Road, South Lambeth,

  2. The Office at Walworth (Crosby Row) will
    henceforth be designated No. 227 Walworth Road;
    and the Office at 179 Sloane Street will be called
    179 Sloane Street (Lowndes Square).

  3. During the past Quarter the following changes
    have been made, viz. :-

The Office known as "Woolwich Dockyard" has
been altered to Woolwich only; and the Office
known as Sloane Square has been altered to
No. 161 Sloane Street (near Sloane Square).
The Office at the House of Commons has been
constituted an Office for the Payment as well
as for the Issue of Money Orders.
