SITTINGS UNDER "THE DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL
CAUSES ACT, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that Sittings of the
Supreme Court for the Northern District of
New Zealand, for the despatch of business accruing
under "The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act,
1867," will be holden at the Supreme Court House,
Auckland, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon of the
second Wednesdays in the following months, namely,
January, February, May, July, August, and Novem-
ber, and on such other days as may hereafter be
especially appointed.

SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS.

THE Judge, when in Auckland, will sit at Chambers
for the despatch of business under "The Divorce
and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867," on Tuesdays
and Fridays in each week, at 11 o'clock in the
forenoon.

I, the undersigned JAMES CAMPBELL, hereby make
application to register "The Otago Gold Mining
Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and
I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Otago Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is the Blue Spur,
    Gabriel's Gully, Tuapeka, Province of Otago, Colony
    of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is four
    thousand eight hundred pounds sterling, in eight
    shares of six hundred pounds sterling each.
  4. The amount already paid up is four thousand
    eight hundred pounds sterling.
  5. The name of the manager is James Campbell.
  6. The office of the Company is at the Blue Spur,
    Gabriel's Gully.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at

under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and
