"The Ratification of Loan Expenditure Act, 1869,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to withhold his assent to the same.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
grant Letters of Registration under "The
Patents Act, 1860," in favour of
BENJAMIN ROGERS BROWN, and
EDWARD STAMFIELD,
both of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales,
of Letters Patent, dated 24th day of November, 1868,
granted to them in South Australia, for an Invention
for "Improvements in Machinery for the purpose of
separating Ores of the Precious and other Metals
from their Matrices, and also from each other, and
for other purposes."
Dated 20th day of August, 1869.
