Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Leviathan Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek,
    at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
    land, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is eleven
    thousand pounds, in 5,500 shares of two pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is five thousand
    five hundred pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Lowther Broad.
  6. The office of the Company is at Owen Street,
    Graham's Town.
