I, the undersigned LOWTHER BROAD, hereby make
application to register "The Royal Alfred
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is "The
   Royal Alfred Gold Mining Company, Registered."

2. The place of operations is at Boundary Creek,
   at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
   land, in the Colony of New Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty
   thousand pounds, in twenty thousand shares of one
