The Honorable JULIUS VOGEL
to be Postmaster-General and Commissioner of Cus-
toms. These appointments date from 28th June
last.

IT is hereby notified for general information, that
His Excellency the Governor was pleased on the
28th June last, to delegate to

The Honorable JULIUS VOGEL, Postmaster-General,
the Governor's powers under "The Post Office Act,
1858," except such powers as are conferred on the
Governor in Council, and such powers as are con-
ferred by clause twenty-two of the said Act.
