REGISTERED."
I, the undersigned EDWIN HELLARD CREASE, hereby
make application to register "The Auld Reekie
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability
Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare
that the following statement is, to the best of my
belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-
- That the name and style of the Company is
"The Auld Reekie Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered." - That the place of intended operations is at
Waiariki, in the Province of Wellington. - That the amount of capital of the Company is
£430, in shares of £10 each. - That the amount paid up is £32.
- That the name of the manager is Edwin Hellard
