I, the undersigned ROBERT HUMPHREY STEVENSON,
hereby make application to register "The
Victory and Albion Gold Mining Company, Re-
gistered," under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Victory and Albion Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered." - The place of operations is at Murphy's Hill,
Thames Gold Field. - The nominal capital of the Company is ten
thousand eight hundred pounds, in three thousand
six hundred shares of three pounds each. - The amount already paid up is nine thousand
pounds. - The name of the manager is Robert Humphrey
Stevenson. - The office of the Company is at Queen Street,
Auckland. - The names and several residences of the share-
