KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
WHEREAS by "The Public Debts Sinking Funds
Act, 1868," it is provided that if and when-
ever it shall be made to appear to the Commissioners
of the Public Debts Sinking Funds, that any of the
debentures issued under any of the Acts specified in
the first or second Schedules thereto have been
converted or exchanged for debentures issued under
"The Consolidated Loan Act, 1867," the Com-
missioners shall, from time to time, determine what
amount of the Sinking Fund held by them and created
for the payment of such first-mentioned debentures
