I, the undersigned WILLIAM GRAHAM JACKSON,
hereby make application to register "The Home-
ward Bound Cement Crushing Company," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Homeward Bound Cement Crushing Company,
(Limited)." - The place of operations is the Back Lead,
Darkie's Terrace, in the District of Charleston,
Province of Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen
hundred pounds, in three hundred shares of five
pounds each. - The amount already paid up is one thousand
pounds. - The name of the manager is William Graham
Jackson. - The office of the Company is at the Company's
Claim, Back Lead, Darkie's Terrace. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
this date, are as follows:-

Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Queen's Own Gold Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operation is at the Town Lead,
Charleston, Province of Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve
hundred pounds, in two hundred and forty shares of
five pounds each. - The amount already paid up is two hundred
and seventy pounds. - The name of the manager is Henry Hill.
- The office of the Company is at the Company's
