I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY, hereby make application to register "The Braganza Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—
- That the name and style of the Company is "The Braganza."
- That the place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- That the nominal capital of the Company is six thousand pounds.
- That the amount paid up is five thousand two hundred and fifty pounds.
- That the name of the manager is Nathaniel William Massey.
- That the office of the Company is in Brown Street, Graham's Town.
- That the names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
