Description of Reserve.
numbered as follows on the plan of the sad town,
viz.:-Allotments numbered three (3), four (4), five
(5), six (6), seven (7), sixteen (16), and seventeen
(17) of section numbered four (4), containing by
admeasurement two (2) acres and eight (8) perches,
be the same more or less.
Purpose of Reserve.
Sites for Public Buildings or
other purposes of the General
Government.
All that allotment or parcel of land situate in the
Parish of Takapuna, County of Eden, being allot-
ment number twenty two (22) C of section number
two (2), and containing by admeasurement one (1)
acre and five (5) perches, be the same more or less;
bounded towards the East and South by the
Waitemata Harbour; towards the West by a public
road two (2) chains wide, four hundred and thirty-
four (434) links; and on the North-west by a public
road one chain wide, three hundred and eighty-seven
(387) links.
For Naval purposes.
All that allotment or parcel of land situated in the
Parish of Takapuna, County of Eden, being allot-
ment number twenty-two (22) B of section number
two (2), and containing by admeasurement one (1)
acre and eleven (11) perches, more or less, bounded
towards the North by a public road, five hundred
and eleven (511) links; towards the West by a
public road four hundred and twenty-one (421) links;
and towards the South-east by a public road six
hundred and sixty (660) links.
For Naval Reserve.
All that parcel of land being so much and such
part of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the Pro-
vince of Auckland as is included between two lines
drawn on each side of and parallel to and at a
distance of a chain from the line of Electric Telegraph
laid down in the said Province from Auckland to
Cambridge, Kihikihi, Alexandra, to Napier, is re-
quired for purposes of the electric telegraph.
Purposes of Electric Telegraph.
TOWNSHIP OF DRURY.
Section number sixty-eight (68), fronting on Short
Street, and sections numbered thirty-seven (37) and
thirty-eight (38) fronting on the Great South Road.
VILLAGE OF PAKINGTON.
Sections numbered nine (9) and ten (10).

other purposes of the General
Government.
WHANGAREI.
All that parcel of land in the said Province of
Auckland, containing forty-eight (48) acres, more or
less, being allotment number one (1) A of the Parish
of Manaia, County of Marsden, bounded on the
North by lines five hundred (500) links, three thou-
sand seven hundred and fifty (3,750) links; on the
East by a line five hundred and thirty (530) links;
on the South-east by the Wangarei Harbour; on the
South by a line five hundred (500) links; and on the
South-west by the Whangarei Harbour.
TOWN OF RUSSELL (KORORARIKA).
Allotment number eight (8) of section number
five (5).
All that piece or parcel of land lying between
high and low water mark on the eastern shore of the
Frith of the Thames, from the mouth of the Tararu
River to the mouth of the Kauaeranga River.
Sites for Public Buildings or
other purposes of the General
Government.
All that parcel of land in the said Province of
Auckland, containing by admeasurement thirty-six
(36) perches, more or less, being allotment number
two (2) in the Township of Hokianga (Herd's Point),
bounded towards the North by allotment number
one (1); towards the North-east by a street; towards
the South by Mr. Clendon's land; and towards the
West by allotment number three (3).
PROVINCE OF TARANAKI.
All the unsold Waste Lands of the Crown in the
Waiwakaiho, Hua, and Tarurutangi Districts, in the
Military Defence and other pur-
poses of Public Utility.
