THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
- The place of operations is at Hohonu, in the
Greenstone District. - The nominal capital of the Company is five
thousand pounds, in one hundred shares of fifty
pounds each. - The amount already paid up is three hundred
pounds. - The name of the manager is William Evans.
- The office of the Company is at the corner of
Camp and Wharf Streets, Hokitika. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
this date, are as follows:-
