SIMON MORTON.-Any information regarding
Simon Morton, formerly of Spittal, Berwick-on-
Tweed, who emigrated to Canterbury, New Zealand,
in 1865, and last heard from at Hokitika, two years
ago, will be thankfully received by his sister, Mrs.
PRINGLE, Te Aro House, Wellington.
The notice of Gold Fields Officials respectfully
requested.
THE KAPANGA GOLD MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders in this
Company will be held in the Office, Canada Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, 12th April,
1869, at 3 o'clock p.m., when the following resolutions
will be proposed :-
That "The Kapanga Gold Mining Company
(Limited)" be wound up voluntarily.
That a Liquidator be appointed.
That the remuneration to be paid to Liquidator be
fixed.
