Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my knowledge and belief, true in every particular,
namely :-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Lucky Hit Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of operations is the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is ten
    thousand pounds, in one thousand shares of ten pounds
    each.
  4. The amount already paid up is eight thousand
    pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Thomas Macffar-
    lane.

Auckland, New Zealand, hereby make application to
register "McIsaacs' Gold Mining and Quartz Crush-
ing Company, Registered," under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief, true in every particular, namely :-

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    "McIsaacs' Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing
    Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is the Upper Karaka,
    in the Karaka Block, Thames Gold Field, Province
    of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen
    thousand pounds, in eighteen hundred shares of ten
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is twelve thousand
    four hundred and eighty pounds.
  5. The name in full of the manager is Henry
    Powning Stark.
  6. The office of the Company is at the Auction
    Mart of the said Henry Powning Stark, in Pollen
    Street, Shortland, Thames Gold Field, Province of
    Auckland aforesaid.
