bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely

Lucky Hit Gold Mining Company (Registered)." - The place of operations is the Thames Gold
Field, in the Province of Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is ten

ing Company, Registered," under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my know-

"McIsaacs' Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing
Company, Registered." - The place of operations is the Upper Karaka,
in the Karaka Block, Thames Gold Field, Province
of Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen
thousand pounds, in eighteen hundred shares of ten
pounds each. - The amount already paid up is twelve thousand
four hundred and eighty pounds. - The name in full of the manager is Henry
Powning Stark. - The office of the Company is at the Auction
Mart of the said Henry Powning Stark, in Pollen
