the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The Prince
of Wales Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:--

  1. That the name and style of the Company is
    "The Prince of Wales Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. That the place of operations is at the Moana-
    taiari Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the
    Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand.
  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is
    six thousand six hundred and ten pounds, in one
    thousand three hundred and twenty-two shares of
    five pounds each.
  4. That the amount paid up is five thousand four
    hundred and sixty-five pounds.
  5. That the name of the manager is Nathaniel
    William Massey.
  6. That the office of the Company is in Brown
    Street, Graham's Town.
