Thames Gold Field. - The nominal capital of the Company is five
thousand six hundred pounds. - The amount already paid up is four thousand
four hundred and eighty pounds. - The name of the manager is Alexander Saunders.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto existing between Thomas Fisher and
William Henry Wynn Williams, as Runholders,
under the style or firm of "Fisher and Williams,"
has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All moneys payable to and owing by the late firm
will be received and liquidated by the said Thomas
Fisher.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto existing between Robert Symington and
John Gordon, both of Christchurch, in the Province
of Canterbury, in New Zealand, Merchants, carry-
ing on business under the style or firm of "Robert
Symington and Co.," hath this day been dissolved by
mutual consent, and that the business shall hence-
forth be carried on by George Jamieson, of Christ-
church aforesaid, under the said style of "Robert
Symington and Co.," whose receipts for all debts
due to the late firm shall be a sufficient discharge by
us for the same.
