the Money Order System in the Colony of New
South Wales, is published for general information.

POST OFFICE MONEY ORDERS.
WITH reference to Treasury notice of the 10th
December, 1862, published in Government Gazette,
No. 231, it is hereby notified, that on and after the
1st December, 1868, the Post Office Money Order
System will be extended to the following places,
namely:-
Rydal.
Terara.
Rylstone.
Wilcannia.
DANIEL EGAN.
Stamp Office,

IT is hereby notified for general information that
the under-mentioned persons have been appointed
Official Distributors of Duties Stamps :--
The Postmaster, Greytown, Wellington.
The Postmaster, Waipukurau, Hawke's Bay.

These appointments bear date on and from the
first of January, 1869.

the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister,
within the meaning of the said Act, is published for
general information :--

Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an OFFICIATING
MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage

I, EDWARD DENHAM, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Province of Canter-
bury, do hereby notify that I have registered a
Memorandum of Association, with Articles of
Association, establishing a Company, with limited
liability of the shareholders therein, intituled
THE SELWYN FLAX COMPANY (LIMITED).
The objects for which the Company is established are
the cultivation of the plant known as New Zealand
Flax, or Phormium Tenax, and of the separation of
the fibre of the same plant from its cortical and other
vegetable tissues so as to render the said fibre fit
for manufacture into cordage and woven fabrics,
and the manufacture and weaving of such cordage
and woven fabrics respectively, and of the utilization
of the substance of the said plant, and the doing all
such other things as are incidental or conducive to
the attainment of the above objects; and that, in
pursuance of "The Joint Stock Companies Act,
1860," I have issued a Certificate of Incorporation
of the said Company, bearing date the first day of
December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
eight.

Incorporation of the said Company, bearing date this
