PORT OF WANGANUI.
Part of a two-storied wooden building, situate on
Taupo Quay, Wanganui, forming a portion of Taylor
and Watt's premises, and known as

Taylor and Watt's Bond,

to be Warehouses for the reception of Goods under
bond.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-eight.

CUSTOMS.—Whereas a certain building situate in
St. Hill Street, at the Port of Wanganui, and
known as

Taylor and Watt's Warehouse,

and part of the lower storey of a Warehouse situate
in Taupo Quay, at the Port of Wanganui, and
known as

Taylor and Watt's Small Bond,

were some time since appointed as Warehouses for
the reception and security of Goods entered to be
warehoused without payment of duty upon the first
entry thereof: Now, in exercise of the authority in
me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of
Customs, do by this Order under my hand, revoke
and annul, as from the day of the date hereof, the
appointment of the said buildings as such Warehouses
as aforesaid.

Given under my hand at Wellington this
sixteenth day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-eight.

NOTICE.—The under-mentioned person has been
licensed as Custom House Agent at this
Port, for the year ending 14th September, 1869—

EGULÆ GENERALES.—By virtue of the
powers vested in us by "The Court of Law
Trust Moneys Act, 1868," it was ordered—

  1. All moneys paid into any bank under the
    provisions of the said Act shall be withdrawn from
    the account to which it has been paid in by the
    under-mentioned officers only.

  2. In the case of money paid into such bank from
    the Supreme Court, the same shall be withdrawn
    only by the Registrar of the Court in the locality at
    which the same was paid in.

  3. In the case of any District Court, by the Clerk
    of such Court.

  4. In the case of any Resident Magistrates' Court,
    by the Clerk of such Court.

  5. In the case of any Justice or Justices of the
    Peace, by the Clerk if there be such Clerk, and if
    not, then by the Bailiff of such Justice or Justices.

  6. All money in the hands of any of the said
    officers, until the same shall be paid in under the said
    Act, shall be deposited and locked up in an iron fire-
    proof safe, or other place of safe custody, until the
    same shall be paid into the bank.

  7. Every such officer shall keep a separate account,
    showing all moneys received by him under the said
    Act, and how the same have been dealt with, in a
    book to be entitled "The Court of Law Trust
    Moneys Account Book;" and shall send to the
    Auditor to whom his monthly account shall be
    rendered a transcript of the entries in his said book
    during the preceding month, together with duplicate
    receipts for all moneys paid by him, and a certificate
    from the Bank of the balance standing to the credit
    of the Trust Account.

of Friendly Societies, registered and recorded in
his office, under the provisions of "The Friendly
Societies Act, 1867."

and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

All applications for the insertion of private advertisements in
the New Zealand Gazette should be addressed to the Govern-
ment Printer, Wellington, and at the same time, pre-payment
(by money order when necessary) at the above rates must be
made to him. No advertisement will be inserted in the Gazette
unless the whole amount due on account of the same is pre-
paid.
