I, the undersigned BENJAMIN GILMER, hereby
make application to register "The Engineers'
Quartz Crushing Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited
Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge true in every particular,
namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Engineers' Quartz Crushing Company, Registered." - The places of intended operations are at Tapu
Creek and Shortland, in the Province of Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is three
thousand pounds, in six hundred shares of five pounds
each. - The amount already paid up is five hundred
and sixty-one pounds sterling. - The name of the manager is Benjamin Gilmer.
- The office of the Company is at Frazer's
Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at

for Letters Patent for an "Improved Self-acting
and regulating Tramway and Tipping Apparatus,"
any person who may wish to prefer any objection to
the granting of such Letters Patent is hereby
required to send within four months of this publi-
cation to the office of J. B. Bennett, Esquire,
Wellington, a statement in writing, setting forth the
grounds of such objection, subscribed with his proper
name and address.
