appoint, under "The Municipal Corporations
Act, 1867,"

WILLIAM HORTON REVELL, Esq.,

to be the person by and before whom the election of
Councillors for the Borough of Greymouth, in the
County of Westland, in the place of those Councillors
for the said borough who will retire on the second
Thursday in September in this present year, 1868,
shall be conducted.
