the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister, within the meaning of the said Act, is published for
general information:—

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an Officiating
MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 6, of the 30th of January; No. 9, of the
13th of February; No. 13, of the 3rd of March; No.
14, of the 9th of March; No. 18, of the 3rd of
April; No. 19, of the 20th April; No. 22, of the 7th
of May; No. 23, of the 14th of May; No. 25, of the
22nd of May; No. 27, of the 2nd of June; No. 35,
of the 29th of June; No. 44, of the 20th July, and
No. 46, of the 6th of August, in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
eleventh day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-eight.

I, JOHN MUIR WAYLAND, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Provinces of Auckland
and Hawke's Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I have registered a Memorandum
of Association, with Articles of Association annexed,
establishing a Company, with limited liability of the
shareholders therein, intituled

"THE THAMES GOLD MINING COMPANY,
(LIMITED);"
the objects of which are to carry on gold mining
operations and other operations connected therewith,
or incidental thereto, in the Province of Auckland;
and in furtherance of those objects, to acquire, by
purchase or otherwise, and to sell, mines, land and
claims, and shares and interests in mines, lands and
claims; to purchase and sell plant and machinery;
to erect plant, machinery, and Burdans; to construct
wharves, railways, tramways, and Roads, and other works;
to lend money, and generally to do all such things as
are directly or indirectly incidental to the business,
or calculated to promote the interests of the Company.
And that in pursuance of the provisions of "The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a
Certificate of Incorporation of the said Company,
bearing date this first day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-eight.
