CUSTOMS.-Whereas certain buildings were some
time since appointed as warehouses for the
reception and security of goods entered to be ware-
housed without payment of duty upon the first
entry thereof: Now, in exercise of the authority in
me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of
Customs, do by this Order under my hand, revoke
and annul the appointment of the said buildings as
such warehouses aforesaid as from the dates here-
under respectively expressed in each case.
Port of Auckland.
The building or buildings occupied by Messrs. J.
and H. Gilfillan, situate in Lower Queen Street,
known as Gilfillan's Bond, from the twenty-fourth
day of January, 1868.
The building or buildings occupied by Mr. John
Salmon, situate in Lower Queen Street, known as
Salmon's Bond, from the twenty-fourth day of
January, 1868.
The iron store occupied by Messrs. Cruickshank,
Smart and Co., licensed for beer only, from the
twenty-fourth January, 1868.
The upper floor of a building in the occupation of
Messrs. Lewis Brothers, known as Lewis' Bond,
from the twenty-fourth day of January, 1868.
Port of Wellington.
The building recently occupied by Mr. G.
Crawford, and known as Plimmer's Bond, from the
fifth day of January, 1868.
Port of Napier.
The building or buildings occupied by Mr. F.
Sutton, from the ninth day of January, 1868.
The building or buildings occupied by Mr. John
Stuart, situate in Waghorn Street, from the ninth day
of January, 1868.
The building or buildings occupied by Messrs.
Stuart and Co., situate in Custom House Street, from
the twenty-fourth day of January, 1868.

Waddell, from the fifteenth day of February, 1868.

of Christchurch, to be a Deputy Commissioner of
Stamp Duties. The appointment to take affect on
and from the first of March, 1868.
ROBERT ABBOTT, Esq.,
of Hokitika, to be a Deputy Commissioner of Stamp
Duties. The appointment to take effect on and
from the first of April next.

within the meaning of the said Act, are published for

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAMES of OFFICIATING
MINISTERS, within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," have been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 6, of the 30th of January, No. 9, of
the 13th February; No. 13, of the 3rd March; and
No. 14, of the 9th of March, in the present year.
