the purpose of separating gold from quartz and for
its amalgamation or mercurialisation; and any
person or persons who may wish to prefer any
objection to the granting of such Letters Patent are
hereby required to send (within four months from
the publication hereof) to John Boyle Bennett, of
the City of Wellington, in the said Colony, Esquire,
M.D., being the person appointed for that purpose
under the provisions of said Act, a statement in
writing setting forth the grounds of such objection,
subscribed with his or their proper names and
address.

NOTICE of Dissolution. The partnership hereto-
fore existing between the undersigned in the
Province of Otago, as Coach Proprietors and Hotel
Keepers, under the style or firm of "Hoyt and
Chaplin," has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and
from the twenty-fifth day of February now last past.
The undersigned John Thomas Chaplin will dis-
charge the liabilities of the late firm and receive the
debts due to it, receipts given by him in his sole
name, or in the name of the late firm, being a valid
discharge.
Dated the twelfth day of March, 1868.

NOTICE. The partnership between the under-
signed was dissolved as from the thirty-first
day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
eight, by mutual consent. The business will be carried
on by W. J. Gandy without alteration, but the name
of the firm will in future be used in liquidation only.
