to be Registrar of Marriages, and of Births, Deaths,
and Marriages, for the District of Turanga, as the
same is defined in proclamation of 30th January,
1865, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 3, of 31st of January, 1865, in the room of
J. W. Harris, Esq., resigned.

grant Letters Patent of Registration in favour of
"The Milton Patent Gold-Saving Blanket Company
Limited," Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, on
Letters Patent granted to Edwin Lewis Kitch-
man, in the said Colony of Victoria, for an invention
intituled "An Improved Method of using Fibrous
Fabrics, such as Blanketing, &c., in the Washing of
Crushed or other finely divided Auriferous Material."
