MINISTER within the meaning of the said Act is
published for general information :—

Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an OFFICIATING
MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 7, of the 29th of January; No. 9, of
the 11th of February; No. 12, of the 28th of
February; No. 23, of the 12th of April; No. 29, of
the 16th May; No. 32, of the 1st June; and No.
36, of the 27th of June, in the present year.

Given under my hand at Wellington, this
twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-seven.

IN the Supreme Court of New Zealand: Otago and
Southland District.

In the matter of the petition of Ann Johnston, of the
Hogburn, in the Province of Otago, formerly a
licensed victualler, but now out of business, a
debtor, and in the matter of the petition of Joseph
Creighton, of the Hogburn, in the Province of
Otago, aforesaid, a creditor of the said Ann
Johnston to the extent of not less than fifty
pounds; and in the matter of "The Debtors and
Creditors Act, 1862," "The Debtors and Creditors
Act Amendment Act, 1865," and "The Debtors
and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866."

MONDAY, the sixth day of May, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-seven. Upon reading
the petition of the abovenamed bankrupt and
the several paper writings thereunto annexed,
and upon hearing Mr. Bryan Cecil Haggitt, of
counsel for the said bankrupt, it is ordered that
George Brodie, of Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, Inspector in Bankruptcy, be and he is hereby
